Here’s a snapshot of what the Gold Plan includes:
- Two healthy dental cleanings per year
- Two routine dental examinations per year
- Any routine x-rays as prescribed by Dr. Coughlin
- A 20% discount on any other needed treatments
- NO deductibles
- NO annual maximum

- One member – $285
- Two members – $515
- Three members – $675
- Four members or more – $150 per person
